Stovall & Company is a family-owned wholesale distributor serving landscape professionals throughout Georgia. With convenient locations across the state, we provide nursery products, irrigation supplies, hardscape materials, landscape lighting, and other products that help contractors complete projects efficiently and successfully.

Our Story

The Stovall story began in 1947 when Paul S. Stovall, Sr. returned home after serving in World War II and started Stovall Mower and Cycle behind his home on Dodson Drive in Atlanta. What began as a small business selling bicycles and air-cooled engine products was built on hard work, personal service, and a commitment to meeting customers’ needs.

After relocating to Bankhead Highway and incorporating as Stovall & Company, Inc. in 1957, the company expanded into industrial air compressors and the distribution of leading power equipment brands. Over the following decades, Stovall grew from a single Atlanta location into multiple locations throughout the area while continuing to adapt to a changing marketplace.

The 1990s brought new opportunities with expansion into golf and turf irrigation, further strengthening the company’s presence in the green industry. In the early 2000s, Stovall shifted its focus exclusively to serving landscape professionals, adding wholesale nursery products and expanding its irrigation and hardscape offerings.

Today, nearly eight decades after its founding, Stovall remains a family-owned business dedicated to the same values that started it all. We are proud of our history, grateful for the customers who have supported us through the years, and committed to serving the landscape industry for generations to come.
