- Soil Type: Plant ‘CAMELLIA SAS KANJIRO’ in well-draining, acidic soil with a pH between 5.5 and 6.5 for optimal growth.
- Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy; water deeply when the top inch of soil feels dry, especially during dry spells.
- Sun Exposure: Position the plant in partial shade to full sun, ideally receiving morning sun and afternoon shade, to prevent leaf burn.
- Spacing: Allow at least 4 to 5 feet of space between plants to ensure proper air circulation and to accommodate their mature size.

- Mulching: Apply a 2-3 inch layer of organic mulch around the base to retain soil moisture and regulate temperature.
